GreenRoad Video Gallery
Introduction
The GreenRoad Video Gallery provides a centralized interface to search, view, and download video clips captured by your fleet’s vehicles. These include all AI-based video events and safety-related events.
It allows you to conveniently access all video clips stored in the system—from a single location—making it easier to review incidents, analyse driver behaviour, and support safety investigations.
Accessing the Video Gallery

Login to GreenRoad Central using your credentials.

In the main navigation menu, click on the "Video" tab.

Select "Video Gallery" from the dropdown.
Video Gallery Features
Filter Toolbar
Use the toolbar to narrow your video search:

Date Range
-
Select a specific date or range (limited to a 2-month window)- or any pre defined date range.

Only videos from the past 12 months are available.

Organizational Unit (OU)
-
Filter by the relevant OU for targeted search.

Events
-
Choose one or multiple types of events (e.g., collision, distraction, braking).
Note: The Video Gallery opens by default with your assigned Organizational Units (including sub-OUs) and the last 7 days.
Search Options
Search for videos by associated driver name or Vehicle Identifier.
Sort
Sort by any column (e.g., date, driver, event name) by clicking the column header.
Video Preview & Playback

Click the Play icon ( ) to open and preview the video in a pop-up window.

Playback includes the video clip with timestamp and speed.
Download Options

Click the Download icon (⬇️) to save the video clip locally to your device.
Access Control & Permissions

Access to the Video Gallery is automatically granted to all users who have permission to view the Safety tab.

There is no separate permission required specifically for the Video Gallery.
View Trip History
To review the full trip surrounding a video event:

Select the relevant row.

Right-click, then select "View Trip History" to open the Trip history for the specific driver.
Additional Notes :Videos are retained based on your organization’s data policy (typically up to 1 year).
