DRIVE™ App troubleshooting- Reset password
To reset your password, click “Reset Password” on the app’s login page.
A temporary password will be sent to you by email:
As soon as you get it, use it to log into your account. You will then be requested to create your new permanent password.
Didn’t receive the email with the temporary password? Try the following:
Check your spam folder
Ask your IT manager whether there have been any error messages about “greenroad.com” domain.
